Prof. Dr. Sheng-Ching Chang

Prof. Dr. Sheng-Ching Chang, Director of the Institute of Museum Studies and professor in the Department of History at Fu Jen University, specializes in museum collections and East-West art exchanges.

Chang has collaborated with institutions like Oxford, SOAS, LMU Munich, and Jagiellonian University, and worked with the National Palace Museum in Taipei and the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. In 2023-2024, she is a visiting scholar at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and, in 2024, she gives a seminar at the CCST of the Technische Universität Berlin.

She is the author of books such as Nature and Landscape (2003), Taipei City Official Hall Concentration Area, (2008), Eastern Enlightenment of the West (2015), New Perspective (2022) and 1723, 11 Windows of World History (2023).
